DIN Rail Thermal Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Device
The Soltree DIN Rail Thermal Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Device — also known as an electrical cabinet automatic fire sticker — is purpose-built for closed electrical enclosures such as distribution cabinets, switch cabinets, PV combiner boxes, meter boxes and communication cabinets. Its fully passive heat-sensitive design requires no external power supply and no wiring: once the ambient temperature reaches 170°C or an open flame is detected, the unit self-activates within 6 seconds and rapidly releases thermal aerosol to suppress incipient electrical fires at the source. Dual installation modes — 35mm DIN rail clip and industrial-grade self-adhesive backing — allow fast retrofit into both new and existing cabinets. The pressure-free storage design eliminates leakage and burst risks, while the aerosol agent leaves no residue and causes no corrosion to PCBs, relays or copper busbars. With a -50°C to +90°C operating range, 10-year service life and completely maintenance-free operation, it is the ideal fire safety solution for electrical distribution and new energy equipment.
